Menu: Days 1-5

Breakfast
Potassium Power:  handful of parsley; 4 carrots; handful of spinach; 2 celery ribs; 1 tomato

Snack
Liver Mover:  1 whole beet; 3 small apples

Lunch
Cruciferous Surprise:  4 kale leaves; 1/2 cup broccoli; 1/2 head cabbage; 2 small apples; 2 carrots

Snack
1/2 grapefruit; 2 oranges

Dinner
Cleaning Cocktail: handful of parsley; 4 carrots;  1 small apple; 2 celery ribs; 1 beet
