Sample Menu: Days 8 - 15


Immune Power Vegetable: 2 cloves garlic, ¼ inch slice of ginger, handful of parsley, 4 carrots, 1 apple, 1 cup Jerusalem artichokes

Iron Plus: 1 beet w/top, 2 kale leaves, ½ cup broccoli, 4 carrots, 1 apple

The Energizer: handful of parsley, 6 carrots

Diuretic Formula: handful of dandelion greens, 2 celery ribs, 4 carrots

The Don Juan: ¼ inch slice of ginger, handful of parsley, ¼ pineapple with skin, sliced
