I forgot to mention that I had a blood pressure reading on Friday: 114/79 compared to two weeks ago when it was 125/90. I think I'll monitor it more often than two week increments so that my pressure doesn't get so low that I just pass out some where. I'll do my next pressure reading a week from Monday- on March 23, so that way, i can do a combined weigh-in slash pressure reading on Day 31.
